Google has released a new application called Google Calendar Sync v0.9 for Outlook 2003 and 2007 that allows you to synchronize calendar events between your online Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. The software allows you choose the direction of information flow as well as the sync frequency (minimum 10 minutes interval).
Sync options include:
2-Way: Sync both your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook events with each other
1 Way: Sync only your Google Calendar events with Microsoft Outlook calendar
1-Way: Sync only your Microsoft Outlook events with Google Calendar

The application runs in the system tray and displays visual changes in the icon while it performs sync activities.
Currently, it will only sync events from your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar.
