Robert’s not even at CES, but he is spilling the beans on the new WowWee robots we can expect to see while here (hopefully at Showstoppers on Monday night). digital-fingerprint@geardiary.com

Of course, he had to start his email to me with a Pleo question…sore subject! ;-)

Hey Judie,

Got your Pleo yet? If not, forgive me for asking!

[Ed. note - Actually I will have one soon, Ugobe is sending me a loaner after I return from CES! So…yeah! ]

I thought you would like a quick sheet complete with high quality product images that shows you the star members of WowWee’s 2008 product lineup. I’ve included the manufacturer’s estimated release date and suggested retail price. These are the robots they will be unveiling at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show underway right now. Please attribute photos to WowWee Group Limited. The “full information page” links contain the complete product specifications for each product along with additional photos.

Thanks,
Robert Oschler

First WowWee robot to use the breakthrough Northstar technology for pinpoint navigation of your home or office. Acts as a WiFi enabled spy robot with full audio and video streaming capabilities, accessible from anywhere in the world you have a Web connection and a Web enabled device like a PC, video game console, or cell phone. Northstar technology is used in conjunction with software that makes designing navigation way points easy; a crucial feature for properly monitoring a home or office.
