A few days ago,
NEC has released a
Hello Kitty laptop named LaVie G. It's decorated with Swarovski crystals and kills us all with Hello Kitty's cuteness. A friend I've sent the pic to said, "at least the base color isn't pink." Hah. I think NEC was just waiting for the right moment to reveal the pic of the pink-colored LaVie G. I bet Japanese Hello Kitty fangirls and gadget geeks have gushed "kawaii" (translation: cute) when they saw the pic. The laptop sells at USD$1840 and in my opinion, you'd have to be not just a casual Hello Kitty fanatic to shell out that much cash for a laptop with Hello Kitty's face on it.
