Naveen:

Lot-Ek, an architecture and design firm New York, specialize in rethinking existing structures and using pre-built objects as source materials. I don’t understand why they call themselves Lot-Ek (Low-tech…lolz), but the offerings from the house do deserve a good round of applause. The latest work from the house is the ‘Theater For One.’ Designed in collaboration with set designer Christine Jones, Lot-Ek has designed a new theater topology. The Theater for One is a space where one actor performs for one audience member. The concept of ‘One performer - One viewer’ does look cool. The 20 sq. ft. unit was completed in 2007 with a budget of US $15,000.
