It's been made available to consumers on a pre-pay basis for only USD$19.61 -- you only need to load it with credits worth USD$19.63. The clamshell phone explores the more fashionable side of Alcatel. Features are bare because the OT-E227 boasts basic usability which makes it perfect for both the children and the elderly. It comes with 1.5 TFT touch screen, 10 hours of talk time and 325 hours of standby time. It's available in three colors -- metallic rose, glossy black and fuchsia with flower pattern.
